The app allows you to capture professional meeting minutes, customise your meetings, track and delegate actions, export and distribute in either MS Word (RTF) or PDF.

Getting started
Professional and well run meetings are organised using agenda items with corresponding minutes, actions items and attachments. Minute My Meetings interface is designed to effectively work in this way. Start by setting up a new meeting, include your contacts or ad-hoc participants, a location and begin your meeting.

Work smarter, not harder
• To save you time, the app has a set of meeting templates and you can add, remove or customise as you go
You can create recurring meetings based on previous meetings:
• Just copy agenda items – good for meetings with different parties based on similar topics, or just slightly tweak a previous meeting
• Grab the lot; agenda, previous minutes and incomplete action items – great for follow up meetings on the same topic
• Photograph your white board or hand drawn notes and this is automatically resized and included in the Appendix of the exported minutes
• Share minutes via email and Minute My Meeting will write the email for you
• Delegate, create and keep track of action items with ease
